Connection string dropdown in Spotlight on Oracle is blank (4247486)

The problem is that on the Spotlight on Oracle connections manager, the connection string dropdown is blank. How do I point it to my Oracle directory that has the tnsnames.ora file

tnsnames.ora file cannot be found because multiple Oracle clients are installed

Verify that the default Oracle client contains a tnsnames.ora file. If the tnsnames.ora file does not exist in the default Oracle home, either copy the tnsnames.ora file to the<oraclehome></oraclehome>\network\admin directory or set the default Oracle home to the correct home containing the tnsnames.ora file
