When trying to upgrade QSA agent, received: "cannot read from quest_exec_parameter table"

Cause
Owner of older QSA agent is not the same as new QSA agent.

Resolution
1. Uninstall the old QSA either by GUI (File | Admin | Install Quest Server Agent, and select and uninstall) or manually run ./Uninstall.sh on the server.
2. Reinstall QSA either by GUI (File | Admin | Install Quest Server Agent, and select Install), or manually run ./Install.sh on the server.
