Could not find file \..\..\..\SpcConnect.xml when running Predicted Reorg report (4243358)

I am getting the following error when running the Predicted Reorganization Benefit Report.

"Could not find file C:\Documents and Settings\Quest\Local Settings\Application Data\Quest Software\SpaceManager\SpcConnect.xml"

There was no Profile create at the Logon screen.

WORKAROUND:

1. At the Connection Screen, click Setup button

2. Select an entry from the TNS Names List. Noticed the Profile and Service fields are populated with datas

3. Enter your User and Password

4. Click Save button at bottom

5. Click Connect

6. Now run the Predicted Reorganization Benefit Report.
