Cause
It is third party Kerberos installation and configuration issue. -
Resolution
Workaround:In Oracle sqlnet.ora file, set SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES to NONE as below, or comment out that line.SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES=NONENote: contact the third party vendor to resolve the Kerberos installation and configuration issue, before setting SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES to use Kerberos for the authentication.
