Cause
Could be a software bug

Resolution
Setting post in MTP mode may resolve this error. To do this:
1. make sure that Post is either stopped due to error or stopped cleanly
2. on sp_ctrl, change its mode to multi-threaded (MTP) as follows:sp_ctrl>set post multi queue <queuename>
sp_ctrl>start post -

This behavior and the successful workaround was observed in Shareplex 5.1.7.
