Running sp_wallet results in "Error parsing wallet" (4302416)

The following errors are observed when running sp_wallet:

$./sp_wallet

wallet password:

Error parsing wallet

To correct the problem:

1. Shutdown Shareplex
2. Re-run ora_setup. When  it comes to the ora_setup portion that involves configuring TDE, the following response is required:

The TDE wallet file is already defined.

Do you want to overwrite it? [n] : y

Enter the fully qualified pathname of the TDE wallet file :

Here you need to enter the absolute path of encryption wallet file along with its name.  Following is an example:

/etc/ORACLE/WALLETS/oracle/ewallet.p12

1. After ora_setup complete, you should see following parameter is the parmadb file (our entry is based on the example above, please note your entry may differ):

SP_COP_WALLET_PATH "/etc/ORACLE/WALLETS/oracle/ewallet.p12" # full pathname of encryption wallet.

1. Once you see the parameter in the paramdb file and have correct value there, then start sp_cop and run sp_wallet utility.
