The messages are not moving past Capture queue and the following messages appear in the event log:
09/28/10 19:58 Process exited sp_ordr (for o.otdrdb) [pid = 8581] - exit(1)
09/28/10 19:58 Error: 11000 - sp_ordr failed: can't rewind queue [sp_ordr/8581]
09/28/10 19:58 Internal error: 11002 - Can't seek queue 20:que_RRLS_SEQ: Readrelease sequence error [sp_ordr/8581]
There is a queue corruption in Capture queue.
Carry out the following steps to resolve the queue corruption:
qview –i
qview>fixup all
qview>exit
The messages should now move past Capture queue into the Export queue and beyond. If the queue corruption still exists whereby the messages are still stuck in Capture queue, contact Support for further troubleshooting.
It should be noted that in the process of resolving queue corruption, the command may get rid of corrupted messages, the magnitude of which can extend from minimum or no loss to complete data loss. This can result in target table not receiving some data and can go out of sync with source table. However, if there is a queue corruption, it needs to be resolved before the queue(s) can move forward. It is advisable to contact Support and use the commands to fix queue corruption with their active involvement. Moreover, if the command does not resolve it, please contact Support for further investigation.
