sp_cop can't allocate available shared memory higher than 800Mb for post queue on AIX
Description

Cannot increase the shared memory used for post on an AIX box even though we have set the UNIX environment variable EXTSHM=ON.
Cause

This is because the AIX OS-imposed limit on shared memory allocation for 32-bit binaries.
Resolution

This issue is caused because, AIX OS imposed limit on shared memory allocation for 32-bit binaries. Do not try using more than 800Mb of maximum allowed on AIX
