Cause
SP_OPO_GENERIC_CR parameter was not set

Resolution
Transformation routines must be written with dynamic PL/SQL procedural language.
sp_ctrl> stop post
sp_ctrl> set param SP_OPO_GENERIC_CR 1
sp_ctrl> start post
This will instruct shareplex to use generic format. The default setting of this parameter is to use basic CR format.
If this still does not resolve the issue, then try re-run the ora_setup if you recently upgrade shareplex from 4.x to 5.x version.
