When trying to run Ora_setup, received cannot execute

Cause
User /etc/group file is synchronized every day with a master /etc/group file, and spadmin is not in the master list. It could also be a permission problem with the binary.

Resolution
1. Add spadmin in /etc/group
2. Rerun the installation and verify that the binary has the proper permissions
3. ./ora_setup
