ora_setup was not executed, as a result ROUTE_NUM was not added to table SHAREPLEX_DATAEQUATOR.

Perform the following on source and target to resolve the issue:

1. shutdown shareplex

2. cd <proddir>/bin

3. ./ora_setup

4. follow the prompts, make sure there are no errors

5. start shareplex

6. rerun compare
