When starting sp_cop the following error appears on the screen: create - error(No such file or directory)
Cause

tmp directory in $ORACLE_HOME is not available.
Resolution

Create tmp directory under $ORACLE_HOME.
cd $ORACLE_HOME
mkdir tmp
