Compare fails with "Default host is not defined: use the 'host' command or '[on host]' option" when running compare from Windows via .bat file.
Shareplex does not like spaces in the where clause when used via a Windows .bat file.
Remove the space before and after the > in the where clause, for example:
cd "C:\Program Files\Quest Software\SharePlex\bin\"
