Description

Post not posting data to MS SQL Server target database. Prior to the posting issue, Post encountered error while trying to login to the target database
Event_log error:
Error Poster: SharePlex cannot login to the target database. [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][Cannot open database "Name" requested by the login. The login failed.
Cause

shareplex_open_trans table with corrupt data
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
On affected SQL Server target:
1. Stop post
2. Truncate shareplex_open_trans table
3. Start post
