Need to transfer the license to another machine or machines. -
Resolution
Please do the transfer using this Site. Or, login to the RemoteScan Customer site and click Transfer License.
If not able to do it using the site, please create a Service Request to get help from support.
Important note! The Support Maintenance Contract must be current in order to be able to do the transfer, otherwise, the following message will be displayed: We are unable to transfer your license at this time. Your Support Maintenance contract may need to be renewed for username xxxx@xxxx.xxx. Please Click here to contact Support Renewals for assistance.
