Description
During online restore you may encounter following error on the report generating step:
Failed to initialize reporter: Multiple-step OLE DB operation generated errors. Check each OLE DB status value, if available. No work was done.
Same error can be observed in AutObjects.log

Cause
This can be caused by SQL permissions issue when RMAD console is unable to retrieve or write data to DB -
Resolution
Make sure you are able to contact SQL database with SQL Managment studio from RMAD console host using same account that has been specified during RMAD setup.
Grant DBO role for the service account to RecoveryManager-Reporting database
