Description
The below error may occur when creating a virtual snapshot:
"Cannot create virtual snapshot. Details: Saving virtual machine configuration to shared folder failed."

Resolution
RESOLUTION #1:
Disable FIPS. Recovery Manager for Active Directory 8.2.1 does not support FIPS compliance.
RESOLUTION #2:
Ensure that none of the drives on the DC has less than 5% disk space left.
RESOLUTION #3:
Ensure that no existing config files exist in the destination folder for the virtual snapshot
