Cannot open forest recovery console, fails with the following error:
The type initializer for 'QuestSoftware.RecoveryManager.FR.Settings.Settings' threw an exception.
Cause

Corrupt XML File.
Resolution

Rename the following file, and restart the Forest Recovery console:
\Program Files\Quest\Recovery Manager for Active Directory Forest Edition\FRConsoleSettings.xml
