Error during Clean OS restore. Install AD DS fails. More data is available
Description

Domain Controllers configured with restore to Clean OS are failing with the error "More Data is Available" on the step "Install Active Directory".
Cause

The hostname of the target machine is greater than 15 characters.
Resolution

WORKAROUND

1. Rename the affected target machine hostname(s) to a different name.

2. Restart the target machine(s).

3. Retry the last operation on affected machine(s) in the RMAD Forest console.

STATUS

Waiting for fix in a future release of Recovery Manager for Active Directory Disaster Recovery Edition.
