When the first entry is double clicked, the additional information displayed is RDA Library error code: 37. -
Cause
Upon inspecting the target storage device, it was discovered that the licensed or physical capacity is limited or has been exceeded. However, there are other conditions that could trigger error code 37. -
Resolution
Error code 37 indicates that the operation was aborted by QoreStor.
A common cause is when the licensed capacity or the physical storage space is about to be or already has been exceeded. Possible solutions include the following:- Apply a new license that will increase the total licensed capacity.
- Add another disk to the QoreStor server.
- If additional physical storage capacity is available, allocate all or some of the available partition space to QoreStor storage volume.
- Delete data that is not longer required using NetVault WebUI or other used backup application.
