How to copy data from old object container bucket to new object container bucket -
Description
Qorestor 7.4.x does not support Object containers that were created prior to Qorestor 7.2.x. Therefore prior to upgrading to Qorestor 7.4.x if any exist. -
Cause
Issues and vulnerabilities with older Object containers prior to Qorestor 7.2.x prevents continuing to support those containers in further releases. -
Resolution
- setup aliases is ~/.mc/config.json
mkdir ~/.mc
vi ~/.mc/config.json

- Copy all data using the configured
/opt/qorestor/bin/objbin/mc --insecure cp --recursive old-alias/bucket new-alias
