Enable Debug Logging / Tracing (QT1562)

Title
Enabling Tracing or Logging for EVnearSync or PST Flight Deck.
Summary
There are two ways that this can be done:
1) Using the GTrace application to enable logging by selecting “Enable logging” (in “C:\Program Files (x86)\QUADROtech”)
2) Creating an empty file with filename “gtrace.xml” and placing it in “C:\Program Files (x86)\QUADROtech\Logs”.
The log file will be created in “C:\Program Files (x86)\QUADROtech\Logs”:
There are also two ways to disable logging:
1) Using the GTrace application to disable logging by selecting “Disable logging”. (in “C:\Program Files (x86)\QUADROtech”)
2) Renaming “gtrace.xml” to something else, E.G.: “1gtrace.xml” or deleting it.  (in “C:\Program Files (x86)\QUADROtech\Logs”)
