The ODM AD Entra Cutover job shows as successful but the WCD package install has failed
In the Microsoft-Windows-Provisioning-Diagnostics-Provider/Admin event log you see the following error
ProvXML category 'LocalAccount' failed with '0x800708C5' at CSP node 'Accounts/Users/Eleco/Password'. Provisioning failed
The local account you are trying to create with the package does not have a complex enough password.
Create a new package where the local admin account being created by the package has a password that meets the complexity policy.
