ODMAD - BT-CredentialCache Fails with Result code: 6 There were no active domain user sessions on this machine (4379940)

When running the Cache Credentials Action the Credentials Window never appears, and the job fails with Result code: 6 There were no active domain user sessions on this machine

User is not in the logged in state

Before doing anything, please make sure that:

• user is in the logged in state with source domain credentials
• user initiated VPN connection to the source

If you encounter an issue with the Cache Credentials action not completing successfully, follow these steps to resolve it:

1. Restart the affected device.
   • A reboot helps clear any temporary system issues that may interfere with credential caching.
2. Retry the Cache Credentials action.
   • Once the device is back online, initiate the action again to verify if the issue is resolved.
