When trying to upload users CSV file, it fails. Loading the result CSV file shows "License error"
Number of lines in the uploaded CSV file exceeds number of free ADexpress licenses
When users CSV file is uploaded, licensing check is performed and if number of user lines in CSV file exceeding amount of free licenses, then import will fail. No free licenses will be consumed as a result.
For example, there are 400 ADexpress licenses and 350 licenses already consumed. The next users CSV file should not contain more than 50 user lines in it.
