How to add user to configure the Password Propagation WebService (4379403)

By default, only the user that installed the Password Propagation Service is able to manage and configure the webservice in order to set the target Active Directory details.

Follow these steps to add another user to manage and configure the Password Propagation WebService:

1.) Navigate to the server hosting the Password Propagation Webservice

2.) Open Computer Management 

3.) Select Local Users and Groups

4.) Select Groups

5.) Right-click the DSPasswordChangeService group 

6.) Select Properties

7.) Add additional users as necessary

8.) Click OK

9.) Now the additional users should be able to authenticate with the Password Propagation Webservice.
