Users at source tenant unable to send emails to target tenant after Domain Rewrite enabled for Source Address rewritten. Error is NDR. 550 5.7.509 Access denied
Customer's domain has no DKIM enabled, which caused DMARC to fail
The issue was traced to the 2 source domains DKIM not being enabled. MxToolbox analysis of the NDR header indicated DKIM=none. After DKIM was enabled, emails started to flow properly.
