Device agent is not establishing connection with error in the log: “One or more errors occurred. An error occurred while sending the request. Failed to connect to the remote server. Failed to establish connection. Incorrect response from connected party after time interval or no response from connected host 52.183.59.245:80”
Networking issues like firewall or proxy blocking agent's connections
Please contact the networking team if connection is being blocked by firewall or proxy server. Device agent requires outbound ports 80, 443 and 3030 and some firewalls may block connections when traffic is not initiated by the browser.
