When in ODM Accounts and Discovering users from file, you may encounter the following error:

The CSV file is corrupted or wrong file being selected
Cause

Special characters in the CSV filename.
Resolution

Please remove any special characters, such as periods, dashes, underscores, etc from the CSV filename and try again.
