This video discusses the two phases of the ODM (On-Demand Migration) domain move project. Phase one is the plan phase, which involves conducting a technical kickoff session with the client, configuring the ODM domain move project, and ensuring that users and groups are matched within the project. Phase two is the execute phase, which should be scheduled for a weekend after all other migrations are complete. This phase includes steps such as selecting the replacement domain and target address assignment, making MX record updates, removing the domain from the source tenant, verifying the domain, adding addresses to target objects, and performing final MX record updates. Extensive testing is recommended after completing the ODM domain move process.
