Migration fails with error "The requested operation is not supported for site" when the target SharePoint Admin URL is of non-standard without "-admin"
Description

When migrating sites in ODM SharePoint with vanity domains or admin sites that are not domain-admin.sharepoint.com or the customer has a non-standard admin URL for the target as highlighted below:
TargetSPAdminUrl : https://spoadmin.Domain.com

They will see errors like: The requested operation is not supported for site: https://spoadmin.domain.com
Resolution

If you receive the error and you are using a vanity url for SharePoint please contact support.
