Error: "Unexpected error...The specified object was not found in the store" when migrating RecoverableItems folder is being generated. Log inspection reveals that there's a specific subfolder, called SubstrateHolds, is affected. -
Cause
Microsoft has stopped supporting access to this data over EWS, which ODM is utilizing. -
Resolution
This folder is specific for Teams data and Microsoft has stopped to support EWS when accessing SubstrateHolds.
EWS isn't supported when accessing Teams data - Exchange | Microsoft Learn
ODM code was adjusted accordingly on May 16th, 2023 to accommodate such change.
