Domain Rewrite: Process states waiting for workflow, but the workflow is not ready
Description

Unable to set the source rewrite to enable, stuck on waiting for workflow. The rewrite sees workflow but cant start workflow.
Cause

There is a step missing in Domain Rewrite documentation to select the Organizational Units.
Resolution
The Rewrite workflows are not ready. Perform this by selecting ‘Choose OU’ button from the Directory Integration Tab.
1. On directory integration, you need to select OU's. Otherwise, the workflow states "Not Ready"
2. Once OUs are selected, the workflows will go into an "idle" state, and you can perform the rewrite.
This is inside of Domain and Rewrite, Directory services.
