ODM: Unable to execute the Resource Processing -
Description
When trying to enable resource processing but getting the following error: "Error: Failed to create external user in the source Azure AD tenant. Property userState has an invalid value."

Cause
This may be caused by a duplicate account in Active Directory already existing. -
Resolution
Delete the duplicate account in Active Directory, and re-run the Resource Processing job.
