To Resolve this issue, running the Workflow with the Reconcile on Next Read option set in the ODM Dirsync Target environment configuration document.
- Open ODM Directory Sync module, click on Environments on the left quick-launch.
- Click on the Settings button for your Environments.
- Click on the Reconcile on next read option, save the environment change, and run the workflow. This should update the target back-end and break the match
Steps for breaking a match when the target object is not deleted
If the target object is not deleted, and you need to break the match
Move the target object(s) out of scope for the Read.
Set the source and target ODM environment records to "Reconcile on Next Read"
Update the USN value of the source object by modifying the Description attribute.
Run the Directory Sync workflow.
The out of scope objects should not be synced to the target and the in-scope objects will sync and appear in the target.
