OneDrive file path errors and skipping OneDrive items "Cannot find the folder with path" -
Description
A single user's target OneDrive does show data copied from source to target but there are multiple errors where the file path is unable to be found and then ODM states it will skip the items in the copy task. The OneDrive migration has gone through 3 times with the same results and same numbers.
Cannot find the folder with path /personal/<name>/Documents/<foldername> to transfer content. All subfolders and files in this folder will be skipped during processing.

Cause
According to the logs and symptoms these error show that those folders/files locked on the Source OneDrive and our task can't retrieve information about the set of root folders which leads to failures for all the elements inside these folders. -
Resolution
Verify the folders at the top level are not locked by a sync or by another process.
Create a new ODM task with the Skip option enabled.
