Clarification is needed regarding whether ODM migrates a user's personal OneNote notebooks as part of a OneDrive migration.

Yes, ODM migrates a user's personal OneNote files when OneDrive is migrated.

Important Note: After migration, the OneNote application may still follow links pointing to the source user's OneDrive. To resolve this:

1. Open the OneNote application.
2. Re-open the notebooks from the user's new target OneDrive location.
