The "License Management" feature is grayed out in the Nova/365 Analytics menu -
Description
Customer have locked the "License Management" feature in the Nova/365 Analytics menu and cannot access it. -
Cause
Customer only has Reporting module and does not have the an active subscription for the "Delegation and Policy Control" (DPC) module. -
Resolution
The "License Management" feature won't be available and the option is greyed out as it is part of the DPC module and not the Reporting module. DPC needs additional setup and cost to the customer. If the customer would like to have this module added, please get in touch with your Quest Account Manager for more information. -
