Description:
NetVault WorkGroup Edition (WGE) includes a wide variety of backup features and can be licensed to expand for future growth when you need it.

NetVault WGE can backup and restore data from up to 5 clients to up to 4 media drives locally attached to a Snap Server. A media drive is one single tape drive. Tape autoloaders or other forms of automation and libraries require a license upgrade from BakBone.

WGE includes a 500GB Virtual Disk Library (VDL) feature expandable to 1.1TB through optional licensing packages. This feature easily allows backups to be sent directly to a virtual tape library constructed from Snap Server disk space, dramatically improving restore times. VDL staging can minimize the impact of backups on your network by acting as a buffer and ensuring device streaming when it’s time to copy staged data to tape.
