Description:
Online DB2 database backup fails
Symptoms:
Online DB2 database backup fails with following error -
Failed to backup Database <DB name>. SQL2413N Online backup is not allowed because the database is not recoverable or a backup pending condition is in effect.
Backup database offline to tape using DB2 APM.
Or, use DB2 command to backup database to local harddisk - i.e., backup database <DB name> user <user name> using <password> to <full path to the desired location>.
