Data Copy from SmartDisk to an LTO drive fails with an "Already have a RAS session for stream one (4046004)

A Data Copy or Duplication backup from SmartDisk to an LTO drive fails with an "Already have a RAS session for stream one-off id" error message.
The following error messages were logged:

1) Job Message 2011/12/20 15:38:34 3755 Media backupserver01 Job has been assigned device 'SmartDisk - morpheus'
2) Severe Error 2011/12/20 15:38:34 3755 Jobs backupserver01 Media Request Failed: (null)
3) Error 2011/12/20 15:38:34 3755 Media backupserver01 backupserver01 /dev/rmt/5bn (HP Ultrium 5-SCSI): had channel error

These errors occur only on larger restores, Data Copy and Duplication jobs with the NVBU 8.6.1 Build 7 version and was removed from our website for this reason.
Please upgrade you NVBU Server to 8.6.1 Build 9 or later to resolve this issue (if you have a Smart Client as well, then this machine will also have to be upgraded too).
