When searching for a keyword in Clarify, case comments from old Cases imported from SalesForce can not be seen.
When clicking on a case imported from Sales Force (BB_CaseID: <<SalesForceCaseID>> - <<Case Tile>>) on the search result, a popup window with the following error appears instead:
"This is an acquired case. Not available in Clarify. Click on Print View for details"
1)- Do a seach in Clarify
2)- Click on the X by Knowledge Base in the Keyword session in the left and only cases will be shown.
3)- If you want to see the case coments from an old case imported from SalesForce,(BB_CaseID: <<SalesForceCaseID>> - <<Case Tile>>), do the following:
4)- Click on Print View at the end of the short description of the case,
5)- Now, the case comments from that SalesForce case will open in a new window.
