Failed to attach to DB2 instance. DB2 Agent is down. (4045492)

When browsing DB2 instance it gives the following error:

Failed to attach to instance <db2_instance> with account <db2_account>. Failed to attach to DB2 instance. DB2 agent is down.

Some RPMs of DB2 was not installed or missing.

Run the command: "ldd /opt/ibm/db2/V9.7/lib32/libdb2.so.1" (no quote) to see what's missing.

Install the following 32-bit RPMs to resolve this issue:
* libstdc++-4.4.6-3.el6.i686
* pam-1.1.1-10.el6.i686

The latter depends on the following RPMs, so you have to install these too:
* audit-libs-2.1.3-3.el6.i686
* cracklib-2.8.16-4.el6.i686
* libselinux-2.0.94-5.2.el6.i686
* db4-4.7.25-16.el6.i686
