In the Rollforward tab of Restore Options the section for assigning an alternative DB-IID for the restored database so as not to overwrite the original is greyed out.
It would normally be expected that a series of incrementals as well as the Full backup would be restored and if specifying a new DB-IID this would only be done on the last incremental to be restored when the recovery phase is carried out. To identify this as the final incremental to be restored it would be necessary to tick the option 'Last Backup Set' in the Rollforward column. Only then is it possible to assign a new DB-IID to the restored database.
As in this case only a full backup is being performed with no incrementals the backup set is the only and Last one being restored. For this reason the option 'Last Backup Set' must also be selected on the full only restore to allow a new DB-IID to be set.
