NV 11.4 - Netvault Database backups fail with "Failed to get reply from logdaemon" after upgrade to 11.4 -
Description
Following upgrade to NVBU 11.4, NVDB backup jobs start to fail randomly with below error message:

Cause
This issue has been recognized as a defect under NVBU-15945.
Starting NVBU 11.4 the new "Log Database backup Timeout" parameter has been introduced and set by default at 60 seconds.
Depending on the size of the log database this timeout may not be long enough leading to NVDB backup failures.

Resolution
- Please edit the ../NV/config/nvdatabase.cfg file- Increase the value of the "Log Database Backup Timeout" stanza to 7200 (2hrs) and save the fileExample:[Timeout:Log Database Backup Timeout]value=7200- Run your NVDB backup job which should now complete successfully.
