Backups randomly fail in NetVault with "Command Failed Re-intializing Driver"
This issue is random, but consistent, and it is causing issues with all backups.
The purpose of this article is to provide resources on how to enable diagnostics for the ATTO SCSI card since by default, logging is not enabled. This would make it very hard to determine why a backup would be failing with these errors because there will not be any logs produced by the OS, only in NetVault.

These steps will help you to enable the logging and help to determine if any errors are being logged on the OS, and also to see the errors happening at the SCSI card level.
