Hang while browsing MYSQL database -
Description
MYSQL get hang while browsing the database which contain 5000 tables.

Cause
MYSQL plugin not able to retrieve the table efficiently.
There is a hardcoded two minute timeout during browsing, and user got "remote machine unavailable" error message.

Resolution
WORKAROUND
1 : Install NetVault 11
2 : Increase the timeout for SQL client and NetVault Backup Server in NetVault web services,
Please see step below on how to increase timeout for SQL client
- Login to netvault | Select change settings | client Settings |Select web services | Increase to 120 in the physical client short timeout.
- Login to netvault | Select change settings | client Settings |Select web services | Increase to 120 in physical client medium timeout
- Login to netvault | Select change settings | client Settings |Select web services | Increase to 600 in Physical client long timeout

- Login to netvault | Select change settings | Server Settings |Select web services | Increase to 120 in the physical client short timeout.

Additional Information
Development will create a MySQL plug-in enhancement fix to retrieve the list of database tables more efficiently, so the timeout values above don't need to be changed.
