Cause
Inside options for Configure Plug-in for Oracle
CLI Backup/Autobackup Target Set was set to a backup set with Chinese name.

Resolution
WORKAROUND
1. Create an equivalent target set in English and assign it to CLI Backup/Autobackup Target Set.
The backup is completed successfully without warning.
