Firmware upgrade causes default username/password to lose authentication privileges.
Workaround:
1. Login to the DR
2. Navigate to 'Clients'
3. Select 'RDA' Tab
4. Select 'Reset Password' at the top of the screen
5. Enter an 8-digit alphanumerical password
6. Save
7. Log back into NetVault WebUI.
You should now be able to add the RDA container back into NetVault
