Move media fails with 'INCOMPATIBLE VOLUME QUALIFIER' error (4036607)

Moving a tape in a correctly configured library can fail with the following SCSI error, viewable in the NetVault logs.

Be careful to use barcodes appropriate for the media type.  For example, placing LTO5 barcodes on an LTO4 tape will cause the above failure.

A first step in resolving this issue is to replace the barcode label on the offending tape.
